Andy Littleton

LEADERSHIP COACH/DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Andy is a small church pastor and small business owner. In 2014 he started a handyman company using a 1985 Toyota pickup his dad gave to him and, soon after, gathered a small group of neighbors and friends together to found a church plant in the heart of midtown Tucson along with his wife Michaela and their daughter. As time and his vision for ministry progressed, the handyman company transitioned into a custom furniture and finish company with a reputation for excellence of craft and customer care and a small retail store. The church grew and began to engage with more and more neighbors and friends, many of whom were not connected to a healthy local church or any church at all. Eventually he merged it with another small church and moved to a neighborhood near the University of Arizona in the Arroyo Chico neighborhood. Today Andy has increased his time with the church and has retained ownership of the retail store portion of the company he founded. That store is currently on the cusp of expansion, as it has become a go-to shopping destination for Tucsonans. Andy is a rare example of a known Christian pastor who is also now invited to the table of decision by city leaders and fellow business owners.

As a committed Christian pastor who loves the local church while simultaneously an entrepreneurial leader who has discovered the missional value of doing business and being involved in the community and it’s initiatives, Andy has developed a passion to move biblical local churches and entrepreneurial missional leaders toward one another, for their mutual benefit and the glory of God. His role at Infuse will be that of Director of Development and as a leadership coach, available to help leaders discern the Spirit of God’s direction in their lives and for their initiatives. As Development Director he will work directly with local pastors and potential funders to help them see the value of supporting missional leaders and their ideas.
